With the red alert warning issued for much of the Chilterns we want to take this opportunity to say to all of our patients, stay safe when travelling today.
Unfortunately, we have had to cancel a few of our nursing appointments due to staff not being able to travel to the practice.
Some of our appointments have been changed to telephone appointments to help stop unnecessary travel, if this is the case we will contact you.
The practice is still open so if you need urgent medical advice please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If you wish to cancel your appointment today please do so by replying to the reminder text message with CANCEL, via the NHS App/Patient Access or by ringing Patient Services (reception).
We do ask today that you work with us as staff are finding it difficult to get to the practice and this could result in your appointment being affected. In all instances, we will do whatever we can so it affects our patients as little as possible.
We also ask that you take full use of the online services available to you such as the NHS App, Patient Access and NHS symptom tracker. These services could prevent you making an unnecessary journey.
