It is with great sadness that we announce that Dr Janet Crabtree is leaving after 13 years of service to her patients at the practice. We are sure that many of you will join us in wishing her well with her retirement and relocation to the North Cotswolds. Patients affected by her departure will be contacted with details of their new GP in early December.
